A new home on a rural section outside of Christchurch. The clients had a really well refined briefing document, which led to the first concept design ticking nearly every box! Following the initial concept phase, Formance SIPs were selected for the fabric alongside European timber joinery.

The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a family bathroom and spacious laundry which leads through to the attached garage. A transitional entrance space & porch area allows guests to shed their coats & shoes, before moving into the full height living space, with recycled timber trusses breaking up the high gable.

Upstairs accommodates a study, media room and a large master bedroom, with a walk through wardrobe leading into the ensuite.
